This was my New Year's Eve outfit last year! Kenny and I went to Lexington, VA, which is one of our favorite little towns to get dinner, but most places were closed because it was a Sunday! I was dressed for the occasion nonetheless in my sequined midi skirt and rhinestone detail heels. I also had on a sparkly headband, which is an easy way to add some festive pizzazz to any outfit!
We ended up backtracking to Staunton and getting drinks at Zynodoa, then coming back to my parents' house to watch the New Year's Rockin' Eve special - I hadn't watched much of that before and it was equal parts corny and fun. 😂 LL Cool J performed and he absolutely killed it, we were all impressed!

This rhinestone bow detail cardigan is one of the cutest things I own!! I always get compliments when I wear it - I had a turtleneck layered underneath it in this photo, but it has a V-neck when worn alone. There are a bunch of options from different brands available this year - this one from Amazon is under $50 and comes in 8 colors. I like this outfit because it's fun for the holidays, but can be worn all winter long.

One last fun sequin skirt outfit - this one is super comfy too because it's stretchy!
CLOTHING
You know I have to share some more favorite sparkly pieces while I'm on a roll! I saw this jacket and skirt set in-store and literally gasped - it is SO stunning in person! This shirt comes in several colors and I think it would be a fun, versatile piece year-round. I love burgundy, and I saw Shelby from Pretty in the Pines style these pants with a chunky cream sweater and absolutely loved that combo. On the more casual side, I am loving the rhinestone embellished jeans I have been seeing at different retailers lately! I wouldn't get enough wear out of them to justify getting a pair, but I adore them!
ACCESSORIES
I adore these rhinestone heeled mules - I only really get to wear them a handful of times per year, but they will always have a place in my closet! I down own these but I adore them - they look fairly comfortable and I think they'd be fun for a concert. Y'all know I can never have enough headbands, and this one is absolutely fabulous - I wore it for the first time over the weekend and got lots of compliments! I didn't really include much jewelry in this post but I have to call out these gorgeous threader earrings - they're delicate but also make a statement, and they're super lightweight. I get the most wear out of them during the holiday season!
