SHOP THE COLLAGE:

Happy Monday! Today I wanted to share some of my recent Amazon finds - several things are repurchases that I love and will always rebuy!

    1. Brixton Houston hat: If you saw my recent vacation photos, then you know I've already gotten a lot of wear out of this hat! I love straw hats and a cowboy style had definitely been missing from my collection. I have the small/medium and it fits perfectly and it's super comfy. It looks like it's sold out on Amazon now but still in stock at Nordstrom - I highly recommend it!
    2. Cable twist hoop earrings: This is the first Amazon jewelry piece that has impressed me in a long time - I saw Sydney of Summer Wind recommend them as an affordable alternative to the David Yurman cable hoops and I absolutely LOVE them, they're so nice and an amazing deal at under $15.
    3. Square aviator sunglasses: I got these to wear on my recent vacation in case I damaged or lost them, and I love them! I'd definitely repurchase them if needed. They look great on Kenny too so he borrowed them a couple times, I think they're technically men's anyway.
    4. Satin pillowcases: These were a Shea Whitney recommendation and I'm not completely sold on them yet, but giving them a try. I've always wanted to try silk pillowcases but didn't want to spend the money on them since they're so delicate and I always get mascara stains on my pillowcases no matter how well I wash my face, so I figured these would be the next best thing. They have crazy good reviews so I'm hoping they'll grow on me!
    5. Wrapping paper cutter: There's a bit of a trick to using this, but once you get the hang of it it's a useful little gadget! Obviously it's not necessary, but it's satisfying to sweep it right down a roll of wrapping paper and get a clean cut. I've found it works best if you use it with the blade facing down.
    6. Leather gloves: I got these as a gift last winter and had to replace them because I cannot find my original pair anywhere! They're sleek, comfortable, and warm. They're advertised as being touchscreen-friendly, but they don't work very well.
    7. Shower caps: I've repurchased these for years - I only wash my hair once a week and I've found making sure it stays as dry as possible in the shower on non-wash days helps it look cleaner longer.
    8. Garlic mincer: This is another Shea Whitney recommendation - she totally sold me on it! I love fresh garlic but mincing it is a pain, and I never wanted to get a garlic press because they don't look particularly easy to hand wash and Kenny and I rarely use our dishwasher. This tool is easy to hand wash and makes mincing garlic much quicker!
    9. Wick trimmer: This is frivolous and unnecessary but I was feeling fancy one day and ordered it. 😂 I don't have a big opinion on them but they get the job done!
    10. Instant mac and cheese: This is another repurchase - I'm a major fan of fun shaped pasta, and this instant mac and cheese has actual nice quality pasta. I like adding garlic powder and fresh black pepper!
    11. Slim turtleneck sweater: This is my favorite layering piece for this time of year - I own it in a few different colors now. It's under $30 and comes in over 20 colors!
    12. Tevas: Kenny and I both needed new pairs of sturdy, waterproof shoes to wear during excursions on the cruise that we recently took, and we both got a pair of these! There are tons of colors and patterns in both the women's and the men's styles.
    13. Brown headband: This headband is the most comfortable one I own, so I repurchased it in brown! The black one made my 2023 yearly favorites list, they're seriously the best - I'm wearing it as I type this!
    14. Seamless undies: I saw a couple of people recommend these Amazon seamless underwear so I got a pack and they're amazing! Super comfy and under $20 for six pairs. They come in a bunch of colors and are also available in a thong style
    15. Tootpick holder: I ordered this as an elegant addition to my charcuterie spread - so far I've only used it once but I look forward to breaking it out again soon! It comes with a bunch of toothpicks, which I didn't expect but was a nice surprise.

I hope you had a faaabulous weekend! I kept it low key as Kenny was out of town - the most exciting thing I did was get a manicure. I had accidentally gotten my nails done BRIGHT pink for our vacation which is so not my style - I thought I was getting more of a bright red but didn't want to change colors halfway through. 😂 It was fun to do something different, but I'm glad to be back in my comfort zone. I got OPI "Miami Beet" which is a perfect pre-spring shade!
