Spring is just giving us the old one-two, isn't it?? Over the past few weeks, it has yo-yoed between 20's at night up to the 80's during the day and I wish we could just skip to summer! 

Whenever I don't know what to wear, a classic white shirt dress is always there for me. I wear them spring through fall and they're always easy to layer up like I did with this look! 

I love this plaid cape for transitional seasons. I styled it more casually in this post! 

I am so ready to pack my boots away and switch to sandals! Who's with me??

I hope you had a great weekend! I took a VERY impromptu two-night trip to the Outer Banks to celebrate my friend's birthday! I am NOT known to be spontaneous, but I could not pass up the chance to visit the beach and spend time with my friend and her family!
