Ummm, hi guys!! Did you think I'd forgotten about you? I swear I didn't mean to be gone from the blog for so long - I've been super busy, and have been cross stitching in my down time rather than focusing on the blog... but I promise you didn't miss anything good!

Today I'm sharing what has been my favorite casual outfit all winter - these photos were taken about a month ago and I've worn this outfit at least ten times, alternating between blue denim and white.

I spotted this sweater on a girl in the wild and fell in love - she looked SO chic! A few days later, I saw it in an Abercrombie ad and I had to have it. My parents got it to me for Christmas and I've been wearing it weekly ever since! It's currently on sale, and I also found this similar one that's equally stylish. It's no secret that the "western" aesthetic has been on trend for the past few years, and both of these bandana-patterned cardigans satisfy that style.

I've mentioned this turtleneck before and it remains my favorite layering sweater for fall and winter. It's a cotton blend and under $20. It's true to size, and my favorite thing about it is that the turtleneck isn't too high or tight so it doesn't feel like it's strangling you.

Shoutout to my cutie husband. 😍 He's been loving the winter weather lately because he is a coat collector and loves layering so this is HIS time of year!

I hope you have a great weekend! I'm not sure what I'll be up to, but I have a feeling Kenny will want to do a hike because it's supposed to be fairly warm tomorrow. All the snow from last month is finally mostly melted, so it should be a good time go get back on the Skyline Drive!
